I made some stably transfected cell lines with 293 cells. One cell line is
difficult to freeze down. Most cells were dead after frozen with 10% DMSO
in serum. Other cell lines are pretty normal. So anyone can give
suggestion on this problem?

发帖数: 28 | 3 I transfected different oncogenes into 293 cells. I'm wondering whether
some oncogenes may affect cells and make them sensitive to freeze down. If
so, there must be some factors changed by the oncogene. Then this should a
part of function of oncogene.
What are factors associated with cell freezing? |

你先试试不同浓度的DMSO看看有没有作用啊。
要是对冰冻敏感的话， 是不是跟膜结构有关的？ |
