For example, if the Smad3 recognizes the 5'CAGA3' sequence, can it
recognize the 5'TCTG3' sequence? Are there any experimental evidences? Thanks

正向结合和反向结合对启动子下游基因转录的影响可能会有不同吗？因为功能基团相对
于转录的方向变了。
