在自己做单抗中，想请教一下版上的大牛，拿到离心过后的hybridoma的supernatant（
没有purification），要如何测量里面IgG的含量？已经有了rabbit IgG whole
molecule可以用作standard。Bradford？BCA？ or some other methods？ Hybridoma
supernatant里的主要蛋白是不是就是分泌的IgG？多谢多谢

Only 1-2% of the total IgG in the supernatant are the ones that can react
with your antigen (I can not remember where I read it).
