is i could not get the files. i only got 20 genes. i want the complete genes
' expression level in a single file. please tell me how to do. thanks

1. Search in GEO Datasets: GSE20086
2. click "GSE20086 records"
3. at the end of open page, there are 2 files downloadable, choose either
ftp or http to download them.
To get the dataset information, read your paper.
