到第二页就发现了一处明显的错误,还是大牛文章呢, 原文描述如下:
Among these lincRNAs, 13 are associated with endoderm differentiation, 7
with ectoderm differentiation,
5 with neuroectoderm differentiation, 7 with mesoderm differentiation and 2
with the trophectoderm lineage (Fig. 3a).

chromosome start stop of the predicted lincRNAs, although, we are pretty
sure they have the exon coordinates and splicing structures (because that

been shown an important function. As far as I know, Single cell RNA-FISH
shows literally one spot for HOTTIP.
