s******y 发帖数: 220	1 做western blot，一般nuclear marker用histone或者Lamin B, cytosolic的呢？看到有文献用的是RhoGDI, 这个不是常用的把？一般广泛接受的cytosolic marker用哪个蛋白好呢？谢谢。
