lower IC50, the more effective it is). Slope shows how cooperative it is.
for example, if the slope is very large, it is called hypersensitive, i.e.
it takes a small concentration change (around IC50) to become effective from

这两个因素综合起来就是 EC50了？很confuse 这个EC50和IC50的区别
