I do not fully understand your thir question. In the transgene, we have a
promoter+gene+polyA tail
We did microinjection and had 2 out of 20 founders. From these 2 founders, I
have got many positive pups and I took 2 of them (one from each line,
isolate RNA and test by RT. Run a gel and showed nothing....
