域，都是在CNS泛滥的领域。

action
affects little in academic hire if they know you can not get grants. NIH
and NSF won't give you a grant because you are minority or have CNS. Btw,
a lot of CNS publication can not be reproduced, in my opinion, those papers
should have negative I.F.

Chinese part). That's fine with me, I'm always trying to tell people don't
go for Ph.D. unless they are ready for crappy lifestyle and low pay. I
never paint a rosy picture for undergraduates think they like to do research.
If you are talking about NCS paper that are mostly irreproducible, I think
there are some references that you can look up.

给。当然，中国人不算minority （难道我们是majority?).
