n****y 发帖数: 819	1 http://tools.lifetechnologies.com/content/sfs/manuals/Lipofecta 这个protocol，是lipofectamine, dna 都dilute到150 ul optimum，如果这样， step 3 为什么是700 ul optimum， step 6为什么是 250 ul DNA-lipid complex？
r******g 发帖数: 600	2 我做lipo transfect MCF-7 6 well plate- 2ml culture/well 一下protocol剂量用于 one sample (1 well) 12.5 lipo diluted in 150uL OPTI-MEM 2.5ug plasmid DNA diluted in 150uL OPTI-MEM sit in RT for 20' 把上面的两个150uL Mix 约等于300uL sit for 5' 250uL used for each well for transfection.
