are tons of vectors on Addgene, such as all-in-one vs cas9 and sgRNA in
separate vectors, regular or viral vectors. Any comments or protocol will be

发帖数: 1245 | 2 要做精确mutation的必须用donor，可以用oligo或者plasmid，跟crispr vector没太大
关系，crispr只负责切断DNA，之后的是同源重组，protocol去找别人已经发表的最好
是在你要用的cell type里做成功的
