response 一直呈下降的趋势, 并没有按设想的那样在apply LB 后回到baseline. 请教
两个问题：
1. 为什么这个neuron在applied stimulus 后一直呈下降趋势，即使在applied LB
buffer 之后？
2. 我能得出结论： this neuron is inactivated by this stimulus?
