At today's meeting of NIH's Advisory Committee to the Director (ACD), NIH
announced that it is withdrawing the "Grant Support Index" point system that
it had put forward May 2, although additional analyses will continue on
systems to evaluate faculty productivity and time commitments. Any future
analyses will be reviewed by an ACD working group, will be discussed at
future ACD meetings, and will be informed by stakeholder input. | s******y
