1. show up late ~1.5hour
2. unprofessional and cut corners:
park truck on my lawn (make it easy to move furniture), damage the lawn
after 2 hours
didn't move items to specified room (dump everything in living room on first
floor)
price gauging on site (too late for you to find another mover)
demand tip in the end
Anyway we won't use their service in the future. |

(大北方) moved a few items recently. they came in 3 hours late, picked up
items, then asked for more than 50% raise in price before delivery.
threated us to dump everything out of truck if we don't eat up the
raise. they even threw tools like knife, hammer and our items to the
ground to make it more threatening
i will be an idiot if I use this company one more time

车，400一车，小费随意（他自己说不要，但不好意思不给，从早上九点到下午一点一
直不停）挺好，连垃圾袋都给我搬过来了，就是他超爱说话

usually you can hire a very decent mover from craigslist with 2 guys and a
big truck for $65/hour. everything(fee,insurance etc) included.
