I am a single Chinese female and working as a staff in the university at
Boston. I'm looking for another FEMALE roommate to share my 2-Bed-1-Bath
apartment from June 2011 to October 2011. The apartment is on 3rd floor and
with furniture; very beautiful, safe and quiet community; two blocks to
beach; walking distance to grocery stores; 12-miniute walk to the North
Quincy station on the red line. Lease can be made month by month. No
assigned parking available (But you can apply for off-street parking with MA
license.)
We will share the living room, kitchen and bathroom, which are clean and
nice and there is more than enough room for 2 people to live in. The monthly
rate is $550, including everything.
I'm looking for a respectful, happy and clean FEMALE to move in. No pet. No
smoking. No WILD parties at home, friends are most welcome always!
