I am looking for a girl to take over my lease from February 4-August 31,
with the option to begin new lease in September.
This is a sunny spacious 1 bed room in a 2 bedroom apartments located at
1125 Commonwealth Ave, with
- Supermarkets right across street (star market, super 88)
- Green B line and Bus 57 at the door, and Bus 66 a few minutes away
- Very convenient for Boston University and Boston College students
- Many restaurants nearby
- can be furnished
- the rent is 657.50 per month including heating and hot water
