west coast, I have to sublease my room ASAP, the contact will end this June,
but you can extend it with my discount price then.

This is a 2 bed room and 2 bath room apartment, I am subleasing the master
bed room along with an independent bathroom

My roommate is a girl, nice and easy going. She will continue her lease.

later than that.
If you can perfectly fit my moving time, I can give you some basic furniture
like queen size bed, book case, Desk, small table, couple chairs, table
lamp, and tableware and so on. Also I can sell other my stuff with a very
very low price such as big TVs, sofa bed and so on.
