A room in a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom apartment in Windsor Village is available
on March 23. You will take over my lease and sign with the leasing office.
I have paid for March. You can move in on March 23 and start payment from
April. The current lease will be effective until fall 2013. The monthly rate
is 678 dollars plus utility. The utility never exceed 100 for a month. The
room is very nice, with a closet.I will leave all my furniture: a lamp, a
queen size mattress, a desk, a bookshelf and a full length mirror. The price
for the furniture is 250, but negotiable.
You will also need to pay 100 dollars to the leasing office for background
check and 166 dollars to me to take over the deposit. You will get the
deposit back from the leasing office once you move out.
The other two roommates are a graduate student from Brandies University and
a staff at Harvard Medical School. They are both clean, nice and well
educated. You will share a bath with the woman working at Harvard. She works
at night and returns home in the morning, so there will be no conflict to
use the shared bathroom.
