标 题: 求推荐麻省的技术员工作，公司或学校，7月上班，不要签证

本人女，<30岁，有美国的master, 在美国有5年实验室工作经验。因6月底要搬家到麻
省，现在正在找技术员的工作。
我有丰富的动物实验经验，including breeding, genotyping, bleeding, IP
injection, tail vein injection, retro-orbital injections, intragastric
administration, dissection of rats & mice, lethal bone marrow transplant.同
时也擅长细胞培养，包括cell line, primary cell culture, hybridoma cell
culture。常用的bench work 基本都做过，比如FACS，Immunohistochemistry， ELISA
， Production and purification of monoclonal antibody from hybridoma cells，
Western blotting, Quantitative real-time PCR, Molecular cloning and mapping
, DNA/RNA isolation & analysis, site-directed mutagenesis, construction of
recombinant genomic library, siRNA or microRNA, Dual-Luciferase Reporter
Assay with Plate reader, Immunoprecipitation。掌握的软件有Prism，Amira，
Image J，Flow Jo，Endnote，Blast，IPA，Microsoft Office。并且还有处理Human
blood and tissue 的经验。我一直在美国人的实验室，而且每周都要有lab meeting做
报告，所以英文水平不错。
我在indeed上面，锁定麻省，投了一圈简历，都石沉大海。反而有在NYC的老板看到我
在网上的简历联系我，但是NYC和麻省还是太远了，所以放弃。如果有人对NYC的这个职
位感兴趣，我可以把老板的信息给你。他没有在网上贴广告。
通过这次电面，我也发现许多老板都不喜欢post 职位在网上，所以，在这里恳请版上
各位大牛，如果有知道麻省的学校或公司招人的，能否帮我推荐一下，我将不胜感激！
