想向各位收租婆收租公请教一下：一个地理位置好，内部条件一般，这样的condo，在
波士顿绿线沿线找租客的难易程度如何？碰到烂租客的几率有多大？ |

友还是会选择住在交通线边上的。但是studio不像x-bed apt一样方便找人合租，我觉
得这是个需要考虑的问题。allston/brighton租房我的感觉是租客根本没有发言权，你
不租后边有的是人租...
突发奇想一下...或者开成airbnb？

谢谢建议，不过airbnb还是算了，那就更没经验了。
是啊，studio这种房型不能合租，不知道现在的孩子们喜不喜欢。

. I have a friend who has a condo right next to a green line stop but he
sometimes has difficulty to find a reputable renter. His condo is a small
one
bedroom in a decent condition.
Don't trust the realtor, unless he promises to rent it out for you for $1300
for free in the next 3 years. |

to E, not in good condition (in my opinion), shockingly easy to rent.
The renters are exclusively college students and fresh college graduates (
parents co-sign the lease). They are in general good renters, paying rent
on time. But I do have trouble with one of my present tenants.

不知道现在的孩子们都能承担怎样的租金budget范围。

there are roommates. For a studio apartment, 1200-1500 is reasonable,
depending on the condition.
I helped one of my tenant move to a studio, also locating on E, newly
renovated, but extremely small (there is no room for any other furniture
except a full-size bed and a desk). He paid $1200 for it. And that was
last year.

walking distance to all colleges in Mission Hill area. The average rent
might be a little bit more expensive.
