application fee, Lender fee); Appraisal Fee;Title - Courier Fee; Title -
Document Preparation Fee; Title - Lender's Title Insurance;Title -
Settlement Fee; Recording Fees and Other Taxes; Prepaid Interest; Property
Taxes and Owner's Title Insurance.
请问大家经常讨论提到的closing fee具体是指以上哪些费用？另外，如果在正式
closing之后，如果打算在半年之后还贷40%，那个时候有会有什么相关的费用？

1. Origination charges (application fee, Lender fee);
2. Appraisal Fee;
3. Title - Courier Fee;
4. Title - Document Preparation Fee;
5. Title - Lender's Title Insurance;
6. Title - Settlement Fee;
7. Recording Fees
Not include:
Other Taxes; Prepaid Interest; Property Taxes and Owner's Title Insurance.
There is no cost involved if you pay 40% in half year. There is no
prepayment penalty.
