strong freebids.:) In my opinion, espcially in IMPs, the structure should
favor strong hands, not the weak ones.
If you are interested in negative freebids, you may find the following idea
useful. :-)

wether a 2 level freebid is forcing or not, depends on the rank of suit you

Game foricing hand? I think the reason most of us play 2level overcall
nonforcing is that we have few chance to have a strong hand after this kind
