Another paper of mine got 4-3-2 from 3 reviewers, and was transferred to TPC.
Then I got another 4 (Top 5%--15%) from TPC.
But still, it was rejected......Really disappointed......:( |

But I never consider seriously about the sequence of the authors, get used to
rank by the name. Ad hoc and sensor network guys experience a tough year, may

15 months in adhoc&sensor is an interesting and helpful experience.
But that has been enough, and I jumped out. :)
BTW: what's the difference between the two tracks of mobihoc?
