Oakland requires a very good balance of theory and practice (some people even
think it is more theory-oriented). Anyway, it is TOP 1, no doubt.
It only accepts very few paper each year and the acceptance rate is below 10%
in the recent two years.
It accepts more paper than Oakland and has an industry track.
But from the histroy, there are some not good paper and it has a not good
reputation on the politics. Anyway, it is improving and let's see this year.
