L******0 发帖数: 29	1 我是矿物工程的。在美毕业后，本人不小心拿了一个J1(第3国资助）到Univerity of Michigan 作4个月的研究。Now I am living in Los Angeles. ready to submit 485, but need J1 waivered, Chicago office returned my application and asked me to submit to Los Angeles office. But LA office say I should submit to Chicago office. Does any one know where should I submit my waiver application? 谢谢
