问从那里往北走有卖菜的中国店吗？比如spadina和college？
我们找的房子在 spadina和bloor，bloor马路以南，离多大很近。请问大家这个区怎末
样啊？父母在想走路去chinatown逛加买菜的话，能走到吗？看地图走到spadina和
college，也就是校园的最南端就得10分钟了，如果要到spadina和college才有店的话
，就要走20多分钟了单程，那来回就太远乐。

很破吧,不过生活应该方便,治安应该不错. 交通也方便.

college和dundas之间都是餐馆和买衣服等的商店
college以北就基本没啥中国店和餐馆了

坐公车啊，再近的路，冬天也需要坐车的。那段公车非常方便。
一点不更近，而且韩国店东西我觉得不怎么新鲜。要去可以坐地铁。
看房租价钱，比较说明问题。很多地方不同的区，也就隔条马路。

Bloor West/Spadina is a very desirable neighbourhood in Toronto. It is the
center of the Annex with many trendy restaurants and shops. There is a Metro
Grocery store west of Spadina on Bloor.

In comparison, Dundas/Spadina is very blue collar and low-income. Not desirable, most
houses are in bad shape.
Korea town is a bit far around the Christy subway station, it is about 20
minutes walk from Spadina. about the same dist

. Low income is typically associated with high rise rental apartments,

lives right north of Bloor, 2 blocks west of Spadina, among many other
families. I am not saying the Annex is upscale, but it is nowhere near low income.
To claim Victorian houses there are for student rentals is completely
arbitrary.
If the Annex is "dirty, noisy and polluted", your self-claimed high end life
in Yorkville is really not much better.

基本上bloor/spadina附近的Victorian/Chateau房子都是owner在住，annex起价至少80
万，
出租的有，但真的很少。
dundas/spadina附近房子价位其实一点不差，但出租就多很多，大部分都是owner-

到两地随便看看就知道了。CHinatown附近的房子房主不加维护，很多随便长杂草，栏
杆什么的都随便搞点钢丝什么的，总之很乱，明显房子是用于出租的；Annext那里的房
子都整整齐齐，维护颇好，虽然不是豪宅，但是典型的中产社区。根本不是一个档次的。

greek town, and little italy. it does not mean anything to the area. Even
chinatown dundas/college houses are selling at around 70万. My three houses
are selling at 80Wan each, but they are just 4-bedroom 3-bathroom houses.

bloor st. sometimes markham. most of time, I only move around between
spadina and yonge and lakeshore and finch.

我觉得，也许就像前面一位筒子说的，很多地方好区坏区离得很近，特别是在城里，就
更明显，可能就隔一条街。
就拿Bloor/Spadina来说吧，Bloor以北是Annex，可能不是豪宅区，at least 中产吧。
我偶尔也看看卖房信息, nice houses start from 1M+ in that area. South to
Bloor is also mixed. East to Spadina is very close to UT campus. Seems to be
a quiet neighnorhood with Victorian houses. I guess a lot of students/new
faculty rent here. West to Spadina, on the other hand, seems to have lower
rent. I guess that area is not that nice.
