Late on Thursday, Zhen Bo Liu left the China King restaurant on South 17th
Street to bring a food order to a customer waiting a few blocks away.
This was Liu's last delivery.
Passersby found his body in a silver sedan near 13th and Queen streets. Now
this 60-year-old father who moved here from Shanghai just months ago is at
the center of a homicide investigation.
An autopsy conducted Friday determined a cause of death but the Wilmington
Police Department made few details about the case public, saying it was
trying to preserve the integrity of the investigation.
What is known, pieced together through 911 records and interviews with
witnesses, is that Liu was on a routine delivery that turned out to be
anything but.
Ting Ngai Cheng, 42, Liu's friend and the owner of China King near Dawson
and 17th streets, said Liu left the restaurant about 9:30 p.m. to deliver
chicken wings and shrimp fried rice to an address in the 700 block of 13th
Street, the same location where Liu's body was later found.
What transpired there is unknown, at least among the general public. Cheng
said about 20 minutes after Liu departed, he called his friend. Liu's phone
rang through to voicemail.
"I thought, it's not right," Cheng recalled, answering questions outside the
apartment where he and Liu resided about a mile from the restaurant. "That
delivery should only take 10 minutes." |

They should build a gallows in the most public of places, and after they are
convicted take them out and hang them so everyone of their nasty family and
thug friends can see them swing at the end of a rope. It sounds like a
bunch of fools who were to lazy to get a job because they were living off
their grandmothers social security and foodstamps. They shot an innocent man
to death over $48.00 worth of Chinese food. No wonder people are leary when
groups of black male gather together more often than not it ends up with
something bad happening. Just from what I have read about this matter it
sounds like they lured this man to the area to deliver an order of food then
killed him for it. I guess they are now going to plead not guilty because
they are black, and they did not know any better. Hang them and make their
families and friends watch, and make this the punishment everyone will face
when they kill someone for such a stupid reason.
Too bad these lowlifes parents weren't sterilized....
It's clear and evident that certain people cannot assimilate into modern
culture and behave like human beings. Who cares what color they are? Dirt
bags come in every shade. In the greatest country in the world where
opportunity is there for basically everyone who takes initiative, we have
these sub-human predators who lurk in the darkness waiting for an
opportunity to do irreversible harm to someone and their family for mere
dollars. Carry a gun people. You don't have to be paranoid, just be ready.

去年我的一个同事也在Wilmington挨了一枪，说一下经过以及和这事的相似之处:
他有晚饭后散布的习惯，当时是八点的傍晚，他在一条还算繁华的街上走。迎面来了两
个烂人，走到他跟前突然拔出手枪打劫。他乖乖交出钱包，看两个人转身，以为没事了
，结果两人走开两步，又突然转回来，其中一个扬手就给了他脸上一枪。这哥们命大，
小口径子弹从脸颊打进去，停在耳朵后面没造成严重伤害。
他起初觉得奇怪，为什么两人抢劫得手后还要下重手杀人？后来有个当警察的朋友分析：
他撞上了黑帮团伙的入伙仪式，抢劫其实是副业，杀人才是目的－策划行动的，是黑帮
里资历比较高的成员，下杀手的，是刚入门的后进。手上有了人命，特别是在过程中要
表现得冷血，才会被信任和接纳。这个在水浒里叫做“投名状”。
看现在这个案子－团伙作案，开致命一枪的是个有前科的，最年轻的，刚到本地不久的
烂人，而过程又十足地冷血，十有八九和黑帮有关。
可怜这个送外卖的，估计那帮人打电话订餐时就打算要他的命。 |

，命大没死，后来决定不干了，才换的这位刘先生。 |
