要全免费可能还要隐藏一下国内的退休金收入什么的，我猜。

老人，日常如果有什么不舒服，可以去那家不收保险的诊所检查，因为他们不收任何保
险，所以 admin cost 低了很多，费用 好象是一般诊所 的 ４０％ ，万一检查出来
大病， 如果 国内有医保，来得及就回国看，如果 不行，就进急诊，最好是公立医院
，如Wake Med . 如果 你决定要这样做，名下不能 have 任何财产，如存款房子 什么
的。因为州里有 Third party recovery 部门清偿。但是这样，子女付的那点税是完全
不够的，几乎杯水车薪. . 例如子女５０ 万的年薪，一张老人的hospital 帐单可能就
耗掉了这个５０ 万１０年的州税。 所以说我如果多付了税，我父母就应该怎么样的，

至于Obamacare ，因为NC 决定不expand medicaid program , 所以两个６０ 岁的老人

need to verify if you have a case.
Though I have my own opinions, I do not mean to offend anyone.
If you are 65 or over, ObamaCare has nothing to do with you. It only applies
to those who are 64 or under.
If you are 64 or under and you have no taxable income in 2014, you probably
would not get anything from ObamaCare since State of NC would not expand
its Medicaid program , basically you have to pay 13,000 dollars around to
get basic coverage under ObamaCare if you are 60
To get subsidy from the government, for two adults under 65 without young
children , you need taxable income around $20,000 to maximize your benefits.
If that happens, you only need to pay $400 to cover two 60 –year- olds.
If you are 65 or over and you have worked in the U.S for ten years and have
40 credits,, you are eligible for Medicare . Medicare is a pay in program,
not entitlement. If you do not pay the Medicare taxes for ten years, you
would not get it.
If you are 65, Medicaid would only step in when your income is low enough
and you are not able to pay the deductibles of Medicare. It is not the
primary payor source for criticizes. It is secondary and for emergency.
Medicaid first priority is to assist low income families with young children
. If you do not have young children and you are not in Emergency room, it
is hard to get it in NC .

person,not the US taxpayers. Green card holders are not eligible for any
benefits for the first 5 years in the states. After that,they can apply but
their sponsor will be responsible to pay back any benefits that are given,
presumably. |
