She was our agent when we moved from Colorado to Chapel Hill last year. She
lives in
Chapel Hill and their kids all went to or are in Chapel Hill schools. So she
is very knowledgeable about the area and schools. She always put our
interest first rather than pushing for closing a deal. She and her husband (
also an agent) helped us immensely fixing some big issues after we closed
the deal. She gives 20% rebates to you, not as much as some other agents but
, in my opinion, well worth the money for their knowledge, service and peace
of mind they brought us. One of our friends (also a Chinese family) is
working with her right now to find their home in Chapel Hill. Good luck to

Kimber给人第一印象不错，不过后来完全是different story。我们买房最后因为用了
她做agent，完完全全是个大错误。希望中国人不要再上当，用此人了。
