“The line on the R+ side should remain looking the same until our migration
goes through. I can't speak for what the R+ interface will look like once
the migration completes, but it will likely indicate that the line has been
transferred out or something along those lines. Once the migration is
complete, we'll send you an email letting you know that the line is on Ting
and you'll have an opportunity to set it up and make sure it's active and
working on our service. You will be credited the $35 in whole at this point,
and if you had a TopUp balance worth more than $35, the remaining balance
would be added to your account over $5/month increments.
We don't have a way of expediting the migration at this point in time, but
