Hydrogen bonding is heavily formed between R-COOH and water. Is there any
solvent that can reduce/break the H-bond formation? Thanks.
I don't think Ethanol and DMSO will help.

SAMs -COOH terminated. Want to break the H-bond between -COOH and water
