里面的urea会不会干扰biotin和avidin的binding
2）看到cravatt的文章， on-bead trypsin digestion， 问题是trypsin不会把bead
上面的avidin也digest么？

2/ avidin beads is not that easy for trypsin to digest.it is on solid beads,
even a little was digested, so what? the Mass can still detect them as long
as your sample don't containing avidin, so it is kinda irrelevent |
