A DWC Chicago-area exclusive, The One Hundreds is a unique dance involving
audiences in studies of sequencing, memory, and physical stamina,
appropriate for all ages and ability levels. The movements, arranged in 11-
count segments, are based on activities anyone can do, such as walking,
