到多少钱呢。看到200 n
Dearborn 现在sale. 2 br 2 ba 大概要260k吧。但是broker说要40percent
downpayment, 感觉有点risky.另外考虑到
resale的话是1 br 还是2 br 相对容易?

发帖数: 100 | 4 同问。我刚从LA搬来Chicago，感觉在loop就租买比例来说，买房要划算的多，因为租
金相对比较可观。。。目前也在踌躇是该考虑1b和2b的，不过感觉起来，在DOWNTOWN附
近，1b是不是比较容易出租？。。。

north的吧，或者还有什麽其他选择？

If the rate goes up, the cost for banks to hold houses will be going up,
right ?
The banks just made a lot of $$$ from the commodity market, is it good
for them to dump those houses this summer ? the balance sheet will still look good,
right ?
I do not know.
