The only way you can try is to find a in-school job, most school would love
to offer some discounts or waive tuition for you and your dependent. |

It is far away (3hr train ride) but worth it if works out.

UIC给H-4州内，CSU给配偶为市政府工作的H-4州内，NEIU给州内。
CCC七个分校中间有四个给H-4州内。
………………
这是当年我上学时打听到了，现在可能有变化，你自己打个电话或者登门问吧。
另外提醒你一下，不管学费政策不同，每个学校对托福的要求也不同，
UIC说如果在美国上过两年全日制学校就免，
Loyola说有绿卡就免（当时听了觉得好笑，绿卡跟托福有啥关系），
NEIU也是有绿卡就免
UC最无耻，不管你在美国待多少年上多少学只要是外国人托福就不免。

当然，这也是几年前的信息了
