It is interesting to read the resumes of those who voted "No" from IL.
#1: Luis Gutiérrez. He was born in a working class Puerto Rico family. He
graduated from Northeastern ( not northwestern....), which is a college for
"Chicago dummies", quotes from a friend and she is a Chicago public school
teacher, :-)).
Luis can't find a job after college and drive taxi full time for a few years
and later found a job in Chicago public school. He failed to challenge 32nd
ward in 1983 when he work as a taxi driver at night to raise campaign money
. But, he got to know the Chicago Black mayor Harold Washington, who saw his
potential in Hispanics. Harold Washintong helped Luis get into Chicago City
council and eventually won the election of house representatives in 4th
district with majority Mexican American populations in 1992.
Luis is a hardcore congressman to let illegal immigrants become legal.
#2: Janice Schakowsky
Janice is a Jewish decent. His husband committed bank fraud and tax evasion
in 1990s. Janice signed the IRS fillings along with her husband when the
crimes occurred, but only his husband served in prison for 5 months and
Janice was not accused of any wrongdoing....hahaha
the other two who voted "No" are Mike Quigley and Danny K. Davis. |

黑男有11%在prison里，他们喜欢监狱比喜欢大学的比例高多了。这些现象过50年也不
会有太大变化。OB今年能突然大赦70万非法老墨青年给绿卡。这些人基本干活只拿cash
, 从不缴税，用尽福利。OB傻x就是为了吃定老墨票仓。这么搞下去，美国真跟古罗马
不远了。
