there is one Chinese lady who carpooled with a guy to visit family every
week. The car was involved in an accident and the lady's glasses was broken,
she asked advice to SUE the driver who was basically doing her a favor.
if LZ's donation goes to a person who is ungrateful, and it happened that
the kid is sick or something, you guess what will happen.

I think you can't sell them for profit, but it should be ok to give them
away if you get them from Medicaid for low income family.
