Ping hired undergraduate Marc Andreessen to work in her lab in 1992. Marc
developed NCSA Mosaic, the web browser credited with popularizing the World
Wide Web.[2] When Marc graduated in 1993, he went on to found Netscape
Communications and launch the flagship web browser Netscape Navigator.
