Q: Describe you average day
A: I work out in the morning three times a week which really helps me wake
up and feel ready for the day. When things are really stressful, I count on
that workout to help keep me sane!
这个感受很深：我把跑步和游泳间隔开来。每次跑步的时候，发现是最放松的时间，脑
子里面可以空出来，去漫无目标地闲逛。那时，心里存放的一些问题，就会慢慢浮出答
案或者可以尝试的解。什么都没有也没关系，就安心跑步，什么都不想。游泳就不行了
，只有在水里挣扎的份。不过每次游完会有一种身心舒泰的感觉 －－因为终于不用挣
扎了。
Q: How do you prioritize your work?
A: Prioritization is essential, since it's possible to be busy all the time
but not get the key things done. I prioritize by making a list each quarter
of the top 1-3 most important things that I need to focus on -- the really
big, important things that have to happen -- and then I try to spend most of
my time on those things. I sometimes write the three things on yellow
sticky notes that I stick on my desk.
这是个很不错的主意，我想试试。因为我总是被打岔，分心去干一些不重要的事，为一
些小事烦心，结果影响了该干的，然后更加地郁闷。
Q: What's your special sauce for success, in one sentence?
A: Try to predict the future and make decisions based on what you think the
world will look like in a few years.
这就是一个人的眼光。如果每天盯着小事不放，就决定了注定不会做得太好。
Q: Anything else you would like others to know about productivity,
efficiency...?
A: It's important to find something in your role that you are really
passionate about.
这是最感动我的一句话：passionate。
Find something you are passionate to do, find something you love to do, and
you are destined to be good at it.
最有启发的是修饰：in your role。我不缺passionate，但是大都在副业，各种玩的东
西。该干的事情，有兴趣我就干；没兴趣我也不会去找。这是个要命的坏习惯。 | l******k

太大压力的时候，我先要使劲的玩，然后就能集中精力了。如果还是无法集中，说明还
没玩够，然后继续玩。。。直到找到那个激发点（传说中的激点？：P）

对玩的有passion也是种positive的人生态度。只是不够ambitious罢了，呵呵
我有很多的dream和passion,所以我是经常受挫，但又不怕失败的人。总有更好的事物
