example truck running over a series of speed bumps) is far away from the
pipe's resonant frequency (and it is very likely so), your pipes are going to
be fine in terms of dynamic forces.
Worst case of scenario, your truck hit on speed bump at high speed, the
force transfered from timber block to pipe will be a pulse excitation. If
this is true, a dynamic amplification factor of 2 should be ok.
Buckling of pipe wall under impusle force is another story...
Which I'd rather use as many soft timber blocks as I can to avoid instead fo running an "analysis".

factor IM = 1.33, which code you cited here to get factor as of 2?

For railraod track analysis, there is a equation for computing dynamic
impact factor, which is a function of the train speed. I remember it can go
up to 2.
