McDonnell? They do a lot of transmission/power and facility design. Since
they compensation structure is different from many other firms with lower
base salary and higher incentive year-end bonus. I am not sure if that will
enforce employees work harder. I saw some posts online to the company expect
you to work 45+ hours per week. I am not sure if that is true. Many thanks. |

+ hours, unless you are trying to meet a deadline or something unexpected
happens. Not sure about other offices.
