Let's Defeat California SCA 5 in the Assembly

California Senate Constitutional Amendment 5, a racist proposal that
blatantly contradicts the United States Constitution, will bring illegal
racial quota to college admissions in California.
The California State Senate surreptitiously smuggled the bill through,
hoping the general public will not notice the racist scheme.
We will stop it in the Assembly!
The state constitutional amendment will require two-thirds of the membership
(54 votes) of the Assembly to pass. The Democratic Party occupies 55 out
of 80 seats. If the Republican Party members vote against the amendment, we
will still need at least 2 members of the Democratic Party to abstain or
vote no. An even better way is to stop the bill from passing committees.
