有一个trainer(Kinetic Road Machine),但是买了3年了也就总共用了两次。另外
这个冬天打算keep我的gym membership,可能会去尝试一下spinning class。

s******s 发帖数: 190 | 3 I guess firstly you need to setup a goal for the next season, and then plan
your winter training.
Generally, people spend winter time focusing on their weakness and improving
the basis abilities. I know nothing about running and swimming. But for
cycling, people typically work on endurance and force. I personally also try
to lift some weights in the gym in winter.
Your fitness will almost inevitably drop during the winter. Even those pros
I know couldn't keep their peak form. It's ok to have your form dropped as
long as it's not significant. Improving basics and keep you motivated for
the next season is more important, IMO, for the winter training.

O****e 发帖数: 3290 | 4 I'll probably add some weekly spinning class to my usual kickboxing and
skiing.
If you can pick up cross country skiing, that would be the best to keep up
your endurance. I do downhill skiing though.
Spinning class is certainly more fun than trainer and is easiear to keep up.

to maintain your base and strength training to increase your power. Take a
break from cycling and you'll be fresh next year with bigger muscles to burn

i*********5 发帖数: 19210 | 7 是的,肯定不指望保持peak状态,只是不想从到覆辙,冬天冬眠,春天花一两月恢复。
以往每个冬天都会增重10磅左右,这个冬天希望把它控制在5磅以内。
试着加点儿weights是个不错的注意。

xc skiing & snowshoeing are two winter sports i always wanted to try. maybe
this winter is the right time.
