around 10 for two years.
but now, after all these tough years in US, recently I tried in the pool, I
can finish 3km in an hour with breast stroke (I assumed the pool in 24 hours
was 25m long), but for freestyle I can barely swim for 200m, just not used
to it at all, and with the problem of my neck(due to the work and driving)
now, I can't imagine that I can swim freestyle as before.

我以前蛙泳和自由泳都只会皮毛那么一丁点儿。两年前才正式跟老师从头学过，去年半
铁比赛2公里接近50分钟。不过我对自己的进步已经非常满意了。
而你基础这么好，我相信只要你愿意，很快就能自由泳一小时3公里的。

speedplay 脚蹬子, 据称该pedal接触面最大，功效高，而且free float range 大，对膝盖

发帖数: 15615 | 15 那倒是可以试试，比起自由泳，我游蛙泳轻松太多了。蛙泳最好偷懒了，一半的时候都
是在滑行，当然冲起来肯定没自由泳快了。
