发帖数: 5141 | 5 One type of the person I hate most is bike thief. That's why I would never
leave my roadie outside at all, not even in shared bike locker. I won't ride
unless I know it is ok for me to leave it in office.
Bikeradar or some other website did a test previously. They show that even
with the strongest D lock, the bike can be taken under 5 minutes if they've
got the right tools.
I know you can always claim some money back from the lock company (if you
get the proper one), or your insurance. But hell no, it is not the same bike
you will get back in the end. Not the one you have so much emotional bound
with.
I don't mind to lock my hybrid bike outside though, which is 5 year old and
purchased at ￡150. I like it, but I can also live with it if it get stolen
(hopefully not).
And Chicago is definitely not a safe place to leave a bike on street.
Do you plan to get another one for commuting?

invitation for bike thief.

丢了才发现，对那个破车还是挺有感情得。
虽然钢的很重，但是任劳任怨的，也很可靠，没给我添过麻烦，感觉心里空了一块。 |
