first level research universities in China or even in the world. Should we
wait another 50 years or more?
The issue is every one knows where the problem is, but reluctant to do
extensive changes which would interrupt someone's interest. That's the reason
the problem remains.
It is impossible to change DAGONG without doing something radically. We will
see who will do that.

发帖数: 8 | 2 I believe it is in-born culture of DUT. When I was in DUT back to 1999, I saw
post about JZM with helmet (the topic was "safety First") on the black board
in CS dept lobby. What the F$%@ is that? Today, I saw the DUT recent news,
seems to me that there is no much changes.
It is hard to change the culture, while a something radical is very necessary.
I cannot agree w/ you more!
We saw how "radical changes" worked in DUT. I do not know whether you guys
