1. Walmart and Sam's Club
直接的donation box募捐都是不允许的。
wal-mart允许洗车等类似的fundraising，但是需要提前预约场地，通常周末的很早就
预订了
sam's club要求你必须在sam's club买了热狗等，在外面卖热狗是可以的。同时都要at
least 48 hours notice
2. public library and other public facilities
donation box is not permitted
3. Grocery stores
Will require local manager's approval
