There are more than 7k EB2 in Year 2006 alone, plus the first two months of
2007, totally there should be around 8k EB2 in front of you.
Usually China EB2 get 3000 per year, so you have to wait for 2.67 years after Oct 2010. So your total waiting time will be 3.17 years.

发帖数: 978 | 17 1.) I don't think EB2 can upgrade to EB1 easily espeically for PERM guys.
EB3 can upgrade to EB2 much easier, so the pending EB2 will be bigger.
2.) No matter how much spill over it will be, EB2 Indian will get the
majority of it. EB3 Indian is upgrading to EB2 crazily. Don't expect too
much from it.
I think 3000 is a reasonable estimate. For EB2 guys in 2007, at least 3
years waiting.

qualified for EB1. The reason is obvious, easy and they can get EAD/AP soon. Why bother a more difficult
EB1? But they are tired of waiting now. So many are upgrading to EB1. According to many, EB1b is so close
to NIW. I calculated and found that there are about 1274 485 decease in half a year. And that's the PD NOT
current. In another word, I add the visa consumption after current PD. I thougt that's

I estimate one PD 07/2007, she should be approved summer 2012.
one PD 11/2007, she should be approved summer 2013.
I do wish they could be approved tomorrow. |
