prudent not to advertise yet before they can find out what the PWD will be.
It is also possible that they anticipate a lot of applicants, in order to
fully utilize the 180 days validity of the advertisement, they need to
advertise during the PWD validity.
PWD takes 7-8 weeks to come back now, not one month. | d**e

Does it really take 7-8 weeks? So it means PWD + advertisement would take
4 months? In that case, I'd never make it.
