you need to follow according to your job responsibility and who you do

EB2 qualification:
1. Advanced degree, OR
2. Bachelor's degree with 5 years of post-baccalaureate, progressive
experience.
For PERM, MS = 2 years of exp. Each PERM case may have two sets of
requirements, primary and alternative. If the position requires MS as
primary and BS +2 as alternative, the case is still EB3.
PW (assuming job zone 4):
level 1: BS with 0-2 years exp
Level 2: BS with 3 years exp, OR MS with 0-2 years exp
Level 3: BS with 4 years exp, or MS with 3 years exp, or PhD with 0 exp
Level 4: BS with 5 years exp, or MS with 4 years exp, or PhD with 1 year exp
If there are other conditions that could affect wage, or the job duties are
very complex, DOL may add one additional level to above guideline.

能否帮忙打广告就说是Master required? 这个大家怎么处理阿?

发帖数: 10056 | 5 It's not your lawyer. It's your company. Your HR. If the similar jobs in
your company all require bachelor degree and two years experience, you
cannot make yours as MS + 2 yrs.
